Kundalini Yoga – What is it? And why should you try it?

Kundalini Yoga is a practice designed not to push your physical limits—but to expand your awareness.
It combines breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation to shift your energy and bring clarity to your mind, body, and emotions.
This is not just yoga—it’s a deep inner work.
The name “Kundalini” comes from the hidden energy that rests at the base of your spine.
As this energy rises through your chakras, it brings clarity, healing, and personal growth.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need any experience.
You just need to be open—to meet yourself on a deeper level.
In my classes, I often include sound healing tool like shamanic drums, therapeutic meditations, and mind programming for your intention and willingness.
We work with breath, vibration, stillness, singing, and movement—together.
One of my students recently said:
“This class had everything my soul was craving—chanting, breathwork, meditation, and movement.”
And yes—science supports this practice too
As Dr. Sat Bir Singh Khalsa, a Harvard neuroscientist and yoga researcher, says:
“Kundalini Yoga is one of the most complete practices for managing stress and supporting your nervous system.”
Studies from Harvard, UCLA, and Columbia show that Kundalini practices regulate the vagus nerve, reduce inflammation, and boost emotional resilience and mental clarity.
In this class, you’ll move, breathe, and listen—with your whole being.
Just bring your breath, presence, and wear comfortable white clothes.
