Maha Gyan Mudra - Harmony Meditation
Maha Gyan Mudra is a meditation pose where you sit in an easy pose with a light chin lock. Place your thumbs over your third and fourth fingers and extend your index and middle fingers straight up while pulling your elbows in and shoulders back. Breathe long and deep for 11 minutes while focusing at the top of your head. This meditation quickly brings a state of thoughtlessness and awareness of being already redeemed, leading to experiencing calmness inside and harmony with the entire universe.
