Dear Participants
To ensure the highest benefit from our Kundalini Yoga session and to create a meaningful experience, please kindly take note of the following:
1. White Clothes
We request participants to wear white clothing. White enhances your energy field and promotes a high vibrational experience, deepening your connection during the session.
2. Bare Feet
Practicing yoga barefoot allows for a grounded connection and supports the free flow of energy throughout your body.
3. Phone Usage
Please silence your phones and place them away during the session. This helps you maintain focus and immerse fully in your practice.
4. Hydration
Bring a water bottle and ensure to stay hydrated, especially after the session. Kundalini Yoga accelerates energy flow and detoxification, making hydration essential.
Mantras and Rituals
Mantras are the soul of our practice, setting the tone for spiritual connection and energetic harmony. We always open and close our practice with below mantras.
Opening Mantras:
1. Adi Mantra :
“Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo “(Chanted 3 times)
Meaning: “I bow to the Divine Creative Consciousness. I bow to the Divine Wisdom within.” This mantra aligns you with inner guidance and energetic protection.
2. Mangala Charan Mantra:
“Ad Gurey Nameh, Jugad Gurey Nameh, Sat Gurey Nameh, Siri Guru Dev Nameh” (Chanted 3 times)
Meaning: “I bow to the primal wisdom, the wisdom throughout the ages, the true wisdom, and the great unseen wisdom.” This mantra invokes protection and divine guidance.
Closing Mantras:
1. May the Long Time Sun Shine Upon You
We sing this song together to close the session, spreading love, light, and guidance to everyone on their journey.
2. Sat Nam (Chanted 3 times)
Meaning: “Truth is my identity.” This mantra integrates the energy of the session, anchoring you in your true essence.
These mantras are the spiritual foundation of our practice, creating a sacred and harmonious energy flow. I will guide you through each stage of the class with care.
